Urgent Care Manager

This position reports to the CEO and works directly with the Urgent Care Medical Director, supervises Urgent Care staff, and works directly with patients.
The Urgent Care Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Urgent Care Center. This includes accountability for employees, budgets, supplies, patient care, the patient experience as well as patient and employee safety.
Basic Minimum Requirements for this position are:
RN licensure in the State of Florida
Minimum of 3 years experience in Urgent Care or ER setting
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Candidate must have scheduling flexibility to accommodate the hours of operation: 7a-7p Monday through Friday, 8a-4p Saturday and 8a-4p Sunday.

Without the help of volunteers donating their time, the health center would not be able to provide some its services and programs. Bonita Community Health Center provides a wide range of volunteer opportunities.
